This group will start Thursday, 2/5/26 at 5-6 pm. It is a time to become friends with your mind and body. It is a time to share space with minimal words while still showing up. It includes a short check-in, about 40 mins. of movement, breath and mind focusing techniques and a closing check-in.

All Eyes and Ears on Racism (AEER) is a community watch group, grounded in ethics and relationship building, committed to confronting racist rhetoric and hate speech wherever it appears. Our Care Line and local AEER Newsletter will launch on January 30th. A social justice, non-profit organization.

We offer classes for children and junior youth, vibrant study circles for youth and adults, devotions, and service projects that all nurture a person to develop his/her inherent spiritual potentialities and to contribute to the transformation of society. All are welcome!
